In this video, one of my friends has reached CULT status in Wilmington, NC from his appearance. Simply known to the world as “Devaney”, he is going to take The WORLD Coastal North Carolina by STORM (unless a Hurricane does first).

For those that don’t recognize him, he feels like a woman
