I wasn’t sure is this was a legal use of a contraction… or if it was just for medicinal marketing purposes only.
It’s correct. The contract is using “Tennessee” and “has.”
The no space and no apostrophe between “stop” and “litter,” however, is NOT grammatically or mechanically correct.
