In this episode, I describe the Small, Medium and Large Training programs for the 2007 Phedippidations World Wide Half Marathon Challenge on October 13 and 14th. These Half Marathon programs are for those that are new to half marathon distance, more information can be found at http://www.worldwidehalf.com

Since I was in a time crunch to get this episode out ASAP, the audio levels are a little crazy. This is mainly because of my $3 microphone that I have. Places that I recorded this episode were University of Tennessee Pool, 3rd Creek Greenway and the bathroom at my work.
